By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter this competition you can visit www.afitar.com/lgf2019 for details or download the app and register your email within the app. You must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over.

The Competition commences at 09:00 GMT on Tuesday 2nd April 2019 and is open to all eligible participants until 23:59 on 14th April 2019, and who submit a valid email address.

The PRIZES on offer will be confirmed prior to 2nd April 2019 on the website: www.afitar.com/lgf2019.

The activity required* to claim them are as follows :

Most Distance covered in 12 days (1st Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Most Distance covered in 12 days (2nd Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Most Distance covered in 12 days (3nd Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Highest Game Score (1st Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Highest Game Score (2nd Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Highest Game Score (3rd Ranked) = To be confirmed.

Fastest 2km = To be confirmed.

*All activity requires the use of Afitar® app pedometer to track the session. Specifically requires pressing "GET FIT" on the Home screen and either selecting "QUICK START" or "SET GOALS" and setting to 2km before pressing "START" for the Fastest 2km category)

For tracking the Distance over the 12 days, the sessions will automatically be tracked from the data on the Server side.
Terms & Conditions

The winners will be chosen from all eligible entrants on or around Saturday 20th April 2019 and will receive notification of winning as soon as possible. If we cannot contact the winners after 10 days, we may award the prizes to the other persons picked based on their session times.

The winner(s) will be sent their prize by post or email (where applicable) within 4 weeks or by approximately 31st May 2019 if possible.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Rocket Impact may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. Failure to claim the prize by the time or in the manner specified by Rocket Impact will make any claim invalid.

This Competition is not open to employees of Rocket Impact or their direct family members.

There may be minor discrepancies between the Afitar® app tracked data and the recorded data on the Servers. Final session times and distances will only be based on the Server side data to decide the winners.

Rocket Impact's decision on the winners will be final.

In case of disputes, Rocket Impact will not enter into any negotiations.

Rocket Impact may cancel the competition if events occur outside its reasonable control.

Rocket Impact may disqualify entries from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or participation is fraudulent, unfair, offensive or unlawful. This includes for example suspicious activity where using the App on a bike, car or other moving vehicles are detected.

Rocket Impact shall retain a copy of your personal data, supplied when entering the Competition, for the purposes of administering the prizes and where applicable posting the prize.

No data will be passed on to any external third party companies.

All data provided including personal data and email addresses will be kept strictly confidential and private.

Rocket Impact may amend these terms and conditions by posting changes to them on this website at their discretion without the requirement to notify the participants in advance.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Rocket Impact does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.

To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Impact exclude all warranties and representations (whether express or implied), and all its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this competition or the prizes (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
