COMPETITIONS RULES

1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. To enter this competition you can sign up at www.afitar.com/lgf or download the app and register your email. You must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over.

3. The Competition commences at 9:00 on Thursday 5th April 2018 and is open to all eligible participants until 23:59 on 14th April 2018, and who submit a valid email address.

4. The PRIZES on offer and activity required* to claim them are as follows :

• Most Distance covered in 10 days (1st Ranked) = 1 Gaming Console for the user who has walked the most in terms of total distance over the 10 day period starting 5th April 2018. The winner can chose from Nintendo Switch, Sony Playstation4 Slim (500GB with Fifa 18), Microsoft Xbox One S (1TB with Sea of Thieves) and Sony PlayStation VR (Gran Turismo Sport Bundle). (The choices may be changed at our discretion)

• Most Distance covered in 10 days (2nd Ranked) = 1 PES (Pro Evolution Soccer 2018) Goody Bag that includes PES2018 Liverpool FC edition for PS4, Signed Shirt* & PES Themed PS4 Dual Shock Controller.

  • The "Signed shirt" from a "Premier League Footballer" is a PES League (Pro Evolution Soccer) white T-shirt signed by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in Men's Medium size. Please note that there is no choice of size or design.

• Most Distance covered in 10 days (3nd Ranked) = 1 PC/Console Game of their choice. (Does not include special limited editions and a maximum value of £45.00)

• Best Team of 4 for Most Distance = PES2018 game and Pre-order PES watch (for each member). This will be for the total amount of distance covered during the competition period combined together. Just nominate who your 3 friends are including their email addresses used during registration in the App to support@rocketimpact.com (1 member to email will suffice).

• Highest Game Level (1st Ranked) = 1 Day Family pass for David Lloyd Club (Raynes Park, London) includes 2 Adult & 3 kids passes. for the user that can reach the highest level in the Afitar Puzzle Game.

• Highest Game Level (2nd Ranked) = 1 Week exclusive pass for Virgin Active Health Club (Wimbledon, London) for the user that can reach the highest level in the Afitar Puzzle Game.

  • (Where there are more than 1 users on the highest Level 80, the winner will be based on the most distance covered next in the 10 period of the competition).

• Complete a 2km walk = Gold Medal. Limited to 100 medals and priority is given the the participants who sign up earliest and completes the 2Km distance.

• Fastest 2km = 2 One-Day Passes to Virgin Health Club (Wimbledon, London) to 1 winner who has the fastest 2Km session time. (Evidence must be submitted to support@rocketimpact.com in the form of a screenshot of the App at the end of session showing 2km and the timings. This will be cross checked with the Server data).

• *All activity requires the use of Afitar® app pedometer to track the session. Specifically requires pressing "GET FIT" on the Home screen and either selecting "QUICK START" or "SET GOALS" and setting to 2km before pressing "START")

• For tracking the Distance over the 10 days, the sessions will automatically be tracked from the data on the Server side (and there is no need to submit any screenshots for these).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The winners will be chosen from all eligible entrants on or around Friday 20th April 2018 and will receive notification of winning as soon as possible. If we cannot contact the winners after 10 days, we may award the prizes to the other persons picked based on their session times.

2. The winner(s) will be sent their prize by post or email (where applicable) within 4 weeks or by approximately 31st May 2018 if possible.

3. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Rocket Impact may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. Failure to claim the prize by the time or in the manner specified by Rocket Impact will make any claim invalid.

4. This Competition is not open to employees of Rocket Impact or their direct family members.

5. There may be minor discrepancies between the Afitar® app tracked data and the recorded data on the Servers. Final session times and distances will only be based on the Server side data to decide the winners.

6. Rocket Impact's decision on the winners will be final.

7. In case of disputes, Rocket Impact will not enter into any negotiations.

8. Rocket Impact may cancel the competition if events occur outside its reasonable control.

9. Rocket Impact may disqualify entries from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or participation is fraudulent, unfair, offensive or unlawful. This includes for example suspicious activity where using the App on a bike, car or other moving vehicles are detected.

10. Rocket Impact shall retain a copy of your personal data, supplied when entering the Competition, for the purposes of administering the prizes and where applicable posting the prize.

11. No data will be passed on to any external third party companies.

12. All data provided including personal data and email addresses will be kept strictly confidential and private.

13. Rocket Impact may amend these terms and conditions by posting changes to them on this website at their discretion without the requirement to notify the participants in advance.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Rocket Impact does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.

16. To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Impact exclude all warranties and representations (whether express or implied), and all its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this competition or the prizes (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.

17. This competition is organised by Rocket Impact Ltd that is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10190757, whose registered address is at 152-160 Kemp House, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are the data controller in respect of any personal data which you may submit to us.

CHARITY DONATIONS
• If you are making a donation to our chosen Charity (www.specialeffect.org.uk/), Thank you! Please note that your donation however, is non-refundable.
• The donations will initially go to Rocket Impact's account where the funds will be transferred to Special Effect Charity after. This is to facilitate the possibility of deducting minimal Administration fees to organise the competition and prizes.
• Rocket Impact will aim to donate as much of the funds as possible with no interest in profit gains.
